Our story
Lynkd was founded by three people who have spent their careers inside the businesses we now build for. Between us, there are fifty years of running cafés, quick service restaurants, supermarkets, wholesale operations, and building software professionally.
The software built for hospitality and retail has a consistent problem. It tries to do everything — scheduling, inventory, procurement, HR, loyalty, and analytics all at once. The result is systems that take weeks to implement and months to get value from. Most operators never do. They pay the subscription, use 10% of the features, and wonder why they bothered.
Lynkd is built on a different belief. An app should solve a specific problem so well that operators can’t imagine working without it. Not a platform. Not a suite. Focused software that works from day one — without onboarding calls, without consultants, and without asking staff to learn something new.
We don’t sell what we don’t use. Every product is built and used internally before it is offered to anyone else. That is not a marketing line — it is a founding principle.
